We started out the same way many of you did. We got into lifting for sports, for fun, or to prove something. This exposure to lifting lead to us getting into fitness, with interests in concepts like diet, training, and sleep. To be honest, we’re still learning and we hope to share our knowledge and experiences with the community. We can’t create a community without you guys though, so let us know in comments or in forums. Sharing your own experiences helps all of us.
